Job Description
1. Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
2. Optimize key operational metrics including picking/packing productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost per order.
3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to resolve bottlenecks in capacity, labor utilization, and process flow.
4. Ensuring SLA compliance and performance accountability.
5. Develop and mentor frontline supervisors to build a strong talent pipeline and leadership bench.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business campaigns
7. Monitor KPIs and generate operational reports for senior management decision-making

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, retail, or 3PL warehouse operations.
3. Proven track record in driving cost, labor productivity, and process standardization.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 50+ associates.
5. Proficient in WMS, Excel, and data analysis tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving ability and experience resolving operational bottlenecks under pressure.
7. Fluent in English
