Drive Spotter
• Maintain a database of vendor employees in Singapore for future outreach
• Ensure candidates are onboarded have sufficient requirements to do the job
• Food hygiene and safety induction complete via online platform
• ID creation of outsourced manpower
• Verification of the PPE for the employee
• Be the main contact point and handle all inquiries from agency employees
• Communicate clearly the terms and conditions of employment to new vendor employees
• For new staff, assist with fingerprint registration if needed
• Ensure outsourced vendor associates are onboarded effectively and understand clearly the requirements (such as safety, productivity, QC errors, QA compliance, etc)
• Build and maintain strong relationship with vendor employees, keeping them engaged
• Gather vendor employee feedback and contribute to operational improvements
• Monitor vendor performance and identify issues and propose initiatives to solve them
• Validate shift reports to ensure the department can measure operational effectiveness and use the insights gathered to drive decision making
• Follow up on any outstanding shift incidents with regards to safety and productivity and maintain a relationship with the training and HSSE team
• Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with people from all types of background
• Good communicator. Ability to speak a few languages is a plus.
• Maintain a relationship with all vendor team leads and ensure the key KPIs are met as a whole for the shift
• Be familiar with all the standard operating processes within the fulfilment center and sortation lanes to be able to guide vendor employees and ensure their success within the organization
