Drive Spotter
• Monitor the performance of on-going campaigns through accurate data tracking and analysis, and translate these data into meaningful insights & actionable recommendations to optimise campaign results effectively
• Proactively recommend and implement innovative Campaigns mechanics and strategies to enhance performance and drive buyer engagement
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various functions in the organization to ensure seamless planning, execution and delivery of platform and brand campaigns
• Be the go-to expert on the system’s functional and non-functional capabilities, including its individual modules, to drive optimal merchandising and design on campaign landing pages
• Develop understanding of the end-to-end customer shopping journey and recommend actionable strategies at each touchpoint to elevate overall customer experience
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in campaign management and/or e-commerce project management. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive
• Strong passion for e-commerce and understanding of the consumer journey
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Organized and structured, ability to identify business needs
