6. Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify operational bottlenecks or risks.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, reporting quality, and campaign effectiveness.

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
