Job Description
1.Gain a thorough understanding of our platform’s mechanics, value proposition, and competitor landscape to effectively communicate with sellers.
2.Conduct calls to sellers already on the platform, promoting participation in programs that enhance their store performance and overall success.
3.Build and nurture relationships with sellers, establishing trust and credibility to enable long-term collaboration opportunities.
4.Maintain detailed records of seller interactions, program outcomes, and feedback.
5.Stay informed about updates to platform features, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide sellers with relevant and timely information.
Job Requirements
1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
2.Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
3.Proven ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships with clients or sellers.
4.Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, CRM software and other relevant business tools.
5.Adequate understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and seller needs.
6.Highly motivated and results-driven, with a positive and professional attitude.
7.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
8.Ability to work collaboratively within the Business Development team and independently when required.
