4.Maintain detailed records of seller interactions, program outcomes, and feedback.
5.Stay informed about updates to platform features, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide sellers with relevant and timely information.

3.Proven ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships with clients or sellers.
4.Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, CRM software and other relevant business tools.
5.Adequate understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and seller needs.
6.Highly motivated and results-driven, with a positive and professional attitude.
7.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
8.Ability to work collaboratively within the Business Development team and independently when required.
