2. Verify the accuracy of leads by confirming phone numbers via calls or validating addresses through field visits.
3. Hand over verified leads to the Hunter team for acquisition and onboarding.
1) fluency in multiple languages (BM, BI *BC optional) to effectively communicate with sellers.
2) Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations via messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, social media) to engage potential leads
3) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
4) Proficient in using collaborative digital tools such as Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp, and basic internet research platforms
5) Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and update lead records accurately in shared spreadsheets
6) Organized and reliable, capable of handling repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining data quality
9) Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision
10) Willingness to conduct field visits (if required), including traveling within assigned areas to verify physical addresses
