2. Support Lazada’s partners in their store launches, sales campaigns and brand events
3. Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure adequate support in areas like supply chain, customer service and marketing; ensure changes in our business create win-win scenarios for Lazada and our sellers
4. Pitch promotional tools for the platform that will help sellers increase customer traffic and sales
2. Strong business acumen, and proven talent and stakeholder management skills
3. Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
4. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
5. Excellent planning and organizational skills
6. Strong track record of high-level negotiations and successful internal and external relationship management
7. Good computer literacy (Microsoft Excel)
8. Occasional travel may be required
