Job Description
• Handle new seller onboarding for MP and LazMall. Call and educate the sellers to submit documents and upload products.
• Perform document checks and maintain 100% accuracy in validating the seller documents.
• Support new sellers in uploading products, either using the bulk upload template or the assortment tool.
• Contribute to team KPIs and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good reporting skills and ability to complete the tasks within ETA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Minimum qualification: SPM(O) Level / Diploma / Advanced / Higher or equivalent.
• Multi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
