Job Description
1、负责制定并执行SNS平台的KOL营销策略,提升品牌知名度和影响力。
2、挖掘和合作潜力KOL或MCN机构,建立并维护良好的合作关系,确保内容质量和传播效果。
3、制定KOL 营销策略,分析KOL数据,评估营销活动效果,持续优化策略,提高ROI。
4、协同团队进行内容创意策划,确保内容与品牌调性一致,吸引目标受众。
5、关注行业动态,研究新兴KOL和社交媒体趋势,为品牌营销提供前瞻性的建议。

1、Responsible for formulating and executing KOL marketing strategies on SNS platforms to enhance brand awareness and influence.
2、Identify and collaborate with potential KOLs or MCN agencies, establishing and maintaining good working relationships to ensure content quality and dissemination effectiveness.
3、Develop KOL marketing strategies, analyze KOL data, evaluate marketing campaign performance, and continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI.
4、Cooperate with the team to create innovative content planning, ensuring content aligns with the brand's tone and appeals to the target audience.
5、Stay updated on industry trends, research emerging KOLs and social media trends, and provide forward-looking recommendations for brand marketing.
Job Requirements
1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告或相关专业,有社交媒体营销经验优先。
2、熟悉主要SNS平台,如Instagram、TikTok等,对KOL生态有深入理解。
3、具备出色的沟通和谈判技巧,能够有效管理KOL或MCN合作关系。
4、善于数据分析,能够从数据中洞察市场趋势,为决策提供依据。
5、创新思维,对社交媒体营销有热情,能够适应快速变化的市场环境。

1、Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with a preference for experience in social media marketing.
2、Familiarity with major SNS platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and a deep understanding of the KOL ecosystem.
3、Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively managing KOL or MCN partnership relationships.
4、Proficient in data analysis, able to derive market trends from data and provide insights for decision-making.
5、Innovative mindset, passionate about social media marketing, and adaptable to rapidly changing market conditions.
