Job Description
Campaign Operations (3 HC)
1. Campaign governance support for Tier 1, 2 & 3 for Brand Day and New Launches, including but not limited to:
- overseeing brands submission, TB submission checking, store deco governance, monthly performance reporting
- campaign TB creation
- campaign page building and page performance tracking
- campaign assets operations (assets booking, artwork approval & submission)

2. Manage pre and post campaign process for Tier 1, 2 & 3 paid campaigns, including:
- ensuring timely brand details submission for sales order and email confirmation generation
- manage post-campaign results and store earning deduction process for Tier 3 campaigns

Designers (2 HC)
Manage creative designs for:
1. LazMall Channel & Mechanics (CBMO & Surprise Box) - MMS/Payday/Double Digits
2. LazMall Campaigns (SBD/Brand Spotlight/New Launch/Weekly Category/Brand Fiesta)
3. Retail Store (Grocery Store/Apple Official Store/Techmall)
4. Support for Apple Brand Day & iPhone SNA launch (2-3 launches/year)
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any major field
• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year working experience are welcome
• Has the ability in data management with demonstrated experience in using data to help answer business questions
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (multitask) and cope well under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication skills
• A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Able to be on standby after normal working hour during campaign day (eg. 12am midnight / weekends)
