Job Description
1、Manage and lead a team responsible for the development and execution of mass incubation programs for startups and entrepreneurs, fostering innovation and growth within the Alibaba International ecosystem.
2、Design and implement comprehensive incubation strategies, including mentorship, training, and networking opportunities to support the growth of participating businesses.
3、Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to source resources, tools, and expertise for the incubation process, ensuring a diverse and supportive environment for startups.
4、Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and conduct regular evaluations to optimize incubation effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
5、Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, accelerators, and government agencies, to enhance the visibility and impact of the mass incubation initiative.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; an MBA or higher degree is a plus.
2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in startup incubation, acceleration programs, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful program management.
3、Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and best practices in incubation and entrepreneurship.
4、Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5、Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
6、Experience in negotiating partnerships and securing resources for incubation programs, as well as managing budgets and financial planning.
