Platform Campaign-Manager
Drive Spotter
• Report directly to the VP of Campaign & Channel, ensuring alignment with overall business and commercial strategies while maintaining operational excellence in campaign execution.
• Lead a team of 7 members in planning and executing major campaigns including Mega, Double Digit, Mid-Month, Payday, and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop comprehensive campaign strategies to maximize GMV growth and optimize platform investments, including campaign positioning, USP, calendar, structure, barter package and resource allocation.
• Serve as the project manager for Mega and Double Digit campaigns, coordinating key activities and timelines across functions like regional campaign team, Business Intelligence, Deal Hunting, User Incentives, Assortment, Marketing & Branding, Marketing Solutions, Flash Sales, Online Marketing, Onsite Assets, and Commercial teams.
• Conduct daily performance reviews during campaigns, analyzing traffic and commercial metrics, identifying improvement areas, implementing action plans, and monitoring post-implementation results.
• Lead post-campaign reviews to share insights, align messaging, and integrate learnings to improve future campaigns.
• Analyze Mid-Month and Payday campaigns by assessing investments, evaluating performance outputs, and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and propose new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive GMV growth.
• Assess the necessity of monthly mechanics under new directives to optimize marketing spend during BAU periods, plan relevant mechanics, and present findings to management to enhance campaign performance.
• Own and manage campaign pages for barter and monetization initiatives. Support team members in providing suggestions / solutions to drive the pages CTR.
• Design and oversee seller investment strategies, including discounts, seller vouchers, flexi combos, and co-funding mechanisms (e.g., Free Shipping), to encourage participation while minimizing operational work.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and present insights to the TH CEO, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, management consulting, or strategy design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt effectively to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse backgrounds and cultures.
