Manager, MCL Product and Solutions-Thailand Bangkok
Drive Spotter
• Work with regional customers (current and prospective), country Technical Product Managers to ensure proper integration of system solutions and operations set up to enable seamless fulfilment services
• Identify and address gaps in current solutions and operations together with customers
• Translate market insights and customer needs into product solutions
• Lead end-to-end development and rollout of solutions for Fulfiled By Lazada and Multi-Channel Logistics business
• Work with product managers for end-to-end system enhancement, including requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, hypercare and change management
Operations Improvement
• Work with operations team to set up/ streamline standard operations procedures (SOP)
• Partner with business intelligence team to set up dashboards to monitor operations performance
Market research
• Conduct periodic market and customer research to identify trends in Fulfilment and eCommerce market and impact to product solutions
• Propose and drive product and solutions initiatives to drive customer value and business growth
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce logistics, product operations, or supply chain consulting, preferably within a regional context in Southeast Asia
• Demonstrated ability to manage full product life cycles, from concept to launch and optimization
• Experience working with cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including key accounts
• Experience with customer/ client facing roles
• Experience with OMS/ WMS platforms is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth, and ambiguous environment
• Proficiency in Mandarin for collaboration with China-based product teams is a plus
