4、Liaise with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to align on goals and improve operational efficiency.
5、Stay updated on industry regulations, Alibaba International policies, and e-commerce best practices to drive continuous improvement.
2、Minimum of 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or eCommerce management, preferably within the Alibaba ecosystem.
3、Solid understanding of Tmall platform rules, marketing tools, and performance metrics.
4、Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5、Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
6、Adaptable and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with the dynamic e-commerce landscape.
