Job Description
1. Partner with senior leaders (up to C-level) to diagnose people challenges and co-create solutions in areas like org design, talent planning, performance management, and leadership development.
2. Drive end-to-end talent processes: succession planning, high-potential identification, promotions, and critical hires.
3. Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, and change management with empathy and compliance.
4. Translate company-wide HR programs (e.g., compensation, engagement, DEI) into actionable plans for the business.
5. Monitor people metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity) and provide insights to improve team health and productivity.
6. Champion Lazada’s culture and values in daily decisions and behaviors across the organization.
Job Requirements
1. 6–8+ years in HR, with at least 4+ years as an HRBP in a multinational, high-growth tech, e-commerce, or digital company
2. Proven experience supporting senior leaders and complex, matrixed organizations
3. Strong track record in talent strategy, org design, and performance transformation
