Drive Spotter
负责平台治理相关产品模块的数据体系建设与日常监控,包括但不限于违规识别、处罚执行、申诉处理、商家行为等核心指标;
深入分析治理策略对订单、GMV、流量及用户体验的影响,评估规则有效性并输出优化建议;
构建数据看板与归因模型,量化处罚措施对商品/店铺的业务影响(如订单转移、用户流失等);
协同产品、算法、风控团队,推动治理策略的数据闭环与产品化落地;
管理调研与打分体系,结合定性反馈与定量数据,持续优化治理体验与公平性。
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain data frameworks to monitor core governance metrics, including policy violations, enforcement actions, appeals, and merchant behavior.
Analyze the business impact of governance policies on orders, GMV, traffic, and user experience; evaluate rule effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
Develop dashboards and attribution models to quantify the effects of product penalties (e.g., order displacement, seller churn, or traffic redistribution).
Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Risk teams to close the loop between data insights and governance product improvements.
Manage survey and scoring systems to integrate qualitative feedback with quantitative analysis, enhancing fairness and effectiveness of governance mechanisms.
1、2年以上互联网产品运营或数据分析经验,有平台治理、风控、合规相关背景者优先;
2、熟练掌握SQL,具备扎实的数据分析与可视化能力(如Tableau、QuickSight等);
3、逻辑清晰,能从复杂业务中抽象数据问题,并驱动决策;
4、具备良好的跨团队协作能力和业务敏感度。
Qualifications:
1、2+ years of experience in product operations, data analysis, or related roles in tech/platform environments; experience in trust & safety, compliance, or platform governance is a strong plus.
2、Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight); ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
3、Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
4、Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and a deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.
