1、Manage and optimize the daily operations of the Tmall store, ensuring smooth sales processes and high customer satisfaction.
2、Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility on the Tmall platform.
3、Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and supply chain, to align on goals and ensure timely product launches.
5、Monitor competitors' activities and industry best practices to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in e-commerce.
6、Manage the store's budget, optimize advertising spend, and ensure profitability targets are met.
7、Handle customer inquiries and complaints, working closely with the customer service team to resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Fresh or Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tmall operations or similar e-commerce roles, preferably with a well-known brand.
3、Solid understanding of Tmall platform rules, policies, and marketing tools, as well as experience with Alibaba International's e-commerce ecosystem.
4、Proven track record in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
5、Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
7、Adaptable and forward-thinking, with a keen eye for identifying new trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
8、Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
