2. Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement strategic adjustments to improve ad targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
3. Collaborate with team to develop compelling ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
4. Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features to stay ahead of the competition
5. Liaise with internal stakeholders to align ad strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
2. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a FMCG/Ecommerce environment, with a proven track record of achieving performance targets.
3. Expertise in TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms, with a deep understanding of ad auction mechanisms and bidding strategies.
4. Strong analytical skills, proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms to extract insights and inform decision-making.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical teams.
