1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、1 -2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the e-commerce or B2B sector.
3、Strong understanding of the international trade landscape, with a focus on Alibaba International's target markets.
4、Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
5、Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
6、Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, VUCA environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
