Job Description
The Integrated Operations Team is pivotal in launching initiatives aimed at enhancing company performance, focusing on objectives such as sales value and investment growth. The team is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of these initiatives, from conception to execution and optimization.
The Integrated Operations Initiative Lead role will lead the end-to-end overall management of Tactical Initiatives & Packages to unlock growth from specific areas of opportunities and problem statements, from tactical package design and budget setting, to operational governance, and program result effectiveness and review.

• Initiative Identification and Objective Setting:
- Collaborate with management, regional teams, and internal stakeholders to identify potential initiatives that align with platform goals and opportunities
- Define measurable objectives and success factors for each initiative.

• Targeted Sellers/Segments Design:
- Analyze seller data to design targeted seller packages and segments.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to engage targeted sellers on package adoption and acceptance

• SOP Development:
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each initiative to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SOPs are comprehensive and actionable.

• Operational Execution and Support:
- Oversee the setup, launch, and execution of initiatives
- Provide operational support and operational management of initiatives and internal teams throughout the initiative lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.

• Tracking, Analysis, and Optimization:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to each initiative to assess program effectiveness and identify optimizations
- Conduct thorough analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale projects or initiatives.

• Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and seller management systems is a plus.
