1. Understanding the brands’ marketing objectives, pain points, and opportunities.
2. Drive revenue growth performance through account management operations, owned initiatives and stakeholders performance steering
3. Lead project management initiatives, including designing work process/ related materials, prioritizing tasks, and managing internal/ external teams to various deliverables through collaboration with other departments
4. Working closely with Regional Strategic Account Lead to support the brands in adopting and maximizing the Lazada Sponsored Solutions' potential in achieving their business objectives.
5. Monitoring the marketing performance and providing actionable insights for brands to effectively utilize their marketing spend.
6. Build relationships to plan future direction to increase traffic and sales with Sponsored Solutions

1. At least 5 years working experience in key account management or relationship management role. Prior experience in Management Consulting/ Project Management / Business Development / e-Commerce / Account management
2. Passionate in problem-solving and tenacious in supporting clients to achieve their business objectives. Resilient and willing to take setbacks as a learning opportunity.
3. Adept with numbers and able to spot actionable insights through data and analytics. Ability to run basic analytics using Microsoft Excel and story-lining business proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint
4. Will strongly consider a candidate that is able to code SQL, use AI to integrate to the work.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English, Thai & Chinese is a plus.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Good leadership skills with ability to work independently and initiate projects/ solutions
9. Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
