Job Summary:
Technology Product Manager (TPM), Senior Associate, will play a key role in driving technology initiatives that support and enhance Lazada’s logistics operations in Thailand. Reporting into the Transformation and Product Management department, this role will oversee critical logistics systems including warehouse management, workforce planning, and end-to-end supply chain solutions. The position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of technology-driven logistics projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise technology systems supporting Lazada Logistics operations in Thailand, including warehouse management, workforce systems, and end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Drive the communication and implementation of technology changes and project rollouts across the logistics ecosystem.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve critical issues impacting logistics operations, such as system bugs, data integrity concerns, and network-related challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams (including regional Technology and Product departments) and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high reliability and uptime of logistics infrastructure.

Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, preferably within a logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong domain expertise in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain operations, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and operational challenges with analytical rigor.
• Proven track record of delivering business value through technology solutions, particularly in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations, training sessions, and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technically proficient with experience in system rollouts, IT setup, and facility network configurations.
• Adaptable and results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of learning quickly in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in managing logistics technology vendors and third-party service providers.
