【Job Description】:
1. Manage and coordinate communication with sellers across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and effective information exchange.
2. Develop and implement communication strategies to address seller concerns, enhance seller experience, and promote platform policies.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Marketing) to gather and disseminate updates, promotions, and educational materials to sellers.
4. Analyze seller feedback and identify trends to drive process improvements and enhance seller satisfaction.
5. Act as a liaison in resolving complex issues, working closely with relevant departments to find solutions and maintain strong seller relationships.
6. Act as the voice of sellers within the organization by gathering feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address seller concerns proactively, enhancing the overall seller awareness.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for seller communication during crises, ensuring prompt and agile updates.
9. Implement regional policies into communication, ensuring clear understanding and adoption by sellers
10. Continuously measure and refine communication effectiveness to maximize engagement and awareness.
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in seller management or customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
3、Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
4、Proficient in using communication tools and platforms for managing large-scale interactions.
5、Excellent problem-solving skills, able to navigate through complex situations and provide timely resolutions.
6、Fluent in English and at least one other language, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances in international seller markets.
