As a Senior designer, you play a vital role in our key battle of user growth. You will be hands-on in contributing towards the creative ideation for high level concepts and to detailed art and design direction for User Growth mechanics that increases user acquisition, visit and purchase frequency whilst building a world class user experience. You will support the end-to-end design and implementation by collaborating with user experience designers and other cross-functional regional and local teams.
We are looking for someone with strong experience, digital skills, aesthetic sensibility, strength in ambiguity, results driven and collaborative attitude. You are a player and a coach, able to think strategically and see the bigger picture while providing art direction, hands-on creative to deliver and execute.

You will need to:
•Create and ideate growth mechanic concepts
•Leverage user research and BI to iterate mechanics for business results
•Provide hands on art and design direction and detail design for UG mechanics
•Support the development and testing of prototypes all the way to delivery and launch

- At least 3 years of professional experience as hands-on digital art direction and design experience at an digital agency, studio or in-house team.
- Proven track record and a portfolio that showcases conceptual ideas and execution that deliver results
- Highly proficient in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, proportion, colour, emphasis and unity.
- Demonstration of empathy, problem-solving, design humility and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency with design, prototyping and animation software (Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm and excitement for working cross-functionally across a range of projects with partners in strategy and marketing to create growth mechanics that not only look great but also perform
- A related marketing communications or design degree
