4、Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to align resources and strategies for account penetration and retention.
5、Negotiate and close complex deals, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
6、Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
7、Regularly report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
3、Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts.
4、Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
5、Strong analytical skills to identify trends, assess customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies.
6、Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus.
7、Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
