Job Description
The role
The candidate will be responsible for driving the performance of managed sellers by optimizing the use of 3rd party personnel and resources and ensuring that business targets are met. The role involves regular assessment of sellers, identifying those ready to transition to higher segments, and ensuring continuous alignment with platform initiatives. As a subject matter expert, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day guidance and strategic/operational oversight to ensure efficient resource use and growth of managed sellers. They will also support projects that drive seller growth at scale through education, engagement, events, and seller journey enhancements.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Daily Oversight: Monitor and manage 3rd party personnel performance, ensuring business targets are met
- Enablement & Support: Provide strategic guidance and support to 3rd party personnel, addressing issues efficiently and aligning their efforts with business objectives.

Seller Development:
- Capability Building: Equip managed sellers with the foundational skills and knowledge to grow their business
- Initiative Alignment: Ensure sellers actively participate in platform initiatives to maximize their potential and sales growth.

Seller Graduation Identification:
- Regular Assessment: Regularly evaluate managed sellers to identify those ready to graduate to other segments based on performance metrics and growth potential.
- Graduation Planning: Collaborate with relevant teams to transition these sellers, ensuring a smooth handover to the next segment.

Reporting & Insights:
- Performance Tracking: Continuously track and report on the progress and effectiveness of 3rd party personnel and managed sellers, identifying areas for improvement.
- Feedback & Adjustment: Identify areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback and implementing necessary adjustments to meet business objectives.

Special Projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver initiatives such as mass seller education & mass communications, onsite and online seller events, and projects aimed at enhancing the overall seller experience.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the e-commerce, B2B industry or distributor management
- Solid understanding of the Philippine market and experience working with ecommerce businesses.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with a plus in mass education programs, event execution, and seller or user experience improvements
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
