Partner Experience & Communication-Affiliate Marketing
Drive Spotter
• Develop and execute partner communication plans and materials, including: application and feature usage guidance, campaign, incentive, and program updates, deal seeding and promotional opportunities.
• Drive engagement across a large-scale affiliate community through strategic in-app and social media communications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Regional, Design) to improve partner journey and experience.
• Lead partner training and education programs to incubate new partners, increase feature adoption, and improve overall partner performance.
• Continuously refine communication quality, messaging effectiveness, and partner enablement resources based on feedback and performance data.
• 2+ years of work experience, preferably in partner management, affiliate marketing or similar roles in an e-commerce/technology company.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, partner/customer management, and influencer or affiliate marketing ecosystems.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
