Partnership Management-Affiliate Marketing
Drive Spotter
• Identify and develop new B2B partnership opportunities and scalable collaboration models to drive long-term, sustainable affiliate performance
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize incentive and commission frameworks tailored to different partner types to strengthen engagement and strategic alignment
• Own day-to-day communication with partners, ensuring timely issue resolution and a high-quality partner experience
• Analyze partner performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare data-driven insights and reports to support program optimization and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence across affiliate initiatives
• 2+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic partner management, affiliate marketing or similar roles in an e-commerce/technology company.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, customer management, and influencer affiliate marketing ecosystems
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Highly data-driven with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
