/ Drive Profitability & Pricing Strategy: Design and implement initiatives to optimize pricing models, improve margin performance, and capture competitive advantage.
/ Own Market Intelligence Framework: Lead the collection, accuracy, and application of competitive data- defining standards, refresh cadence, and team accountability to ensure reliable insights.
/ Ensure SKU Quality at Scale: Implement robust QA/QC processes post-price update; monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
/ Deliver Actionable Pricing Insights: Analyze trends, build dashboards (SQL, Power BI), and translate data into clear recommendations on risks, opportunities, and operational gaps.
/ Champion Automation & Process Excellence: Partner with Product, Data, and Ops to review, design, eliminate manual processes, enhance tooling, and accelerate pricing decision cycles.
/ Enable Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the pricing operations expert, aligning commercial, product, and supply chain teams around shared goals. Communicate effectively across technical and business functions.
/ Build Team Capability: Develop documentation, lead training, and onboard regional teams on pricing tools, SOPs, and best practices, scaling knowledge and consistency globally.
This role is critical to transforming Pricing from a transactional function into a strategic, data-driven engine for growth and profitability.
/ Advanced Excel proficiency and strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
/ Proven background in retail or e-commerce, with experience in data-driven decision environments; pricing or revenue management experience preferred
/ Strategic thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
/ Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills, with a track record of managing high-volume, time-sensitive operations
/ Strong communicator with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (commercial, product, tech, operations)
