Job Description
1. Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) to drive cross-border supply GMV growth through effective assortment incubation strategies
2. Accountable for setting local targets and overseeing the local P&L
3. Optimize resource allocation to boost traffic and conversion
4. Track the performance of incubated assortments
5. Identify and resolve any operational blockers in a timely manner
6. Provide insights to improve assortment incubation efficiency
7. Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders ensure seamless execution of strategies
8. Responsible for organizing weekly meetings with key stakeholders

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of work experience preferably in e-commerce with a focus on PMO roles or similar positions
3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
4. Excellect problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and propose solutions to ensure smooth project progression
5. Ability to drive decision-making through data-driven analysis
6. Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changes within the organization
7. Fluent in English and preferably Chinese (Mandarin) at a professional working level
