Drive Spotter
Platform / Category Initiatives (Project-based)
• Lead special initiative e.g. platform membership, oversea seller incubation
• Understand commercial needs and allocate and set priority of platform assets and resources efficiently to support strategic activities and initiatives to drive FMCG category growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including the commercial (assortment) and asset owners e.g. Homepage, UPO, CRM, LazLive, Affiliates, Partnership, and Marketing and etc.
LazBEAUTY Channel (Always-on)
• Manage end-to-end operations of LazBEAUTY channel
o Campaign page design including page navigation and product / mechanics placement
o Design and set up SOP for barter package
o Voucher management
Work with UI team on budget allocation and voucher scheme for each objective e.g. lapsing buyer voucher, campaign voucher, point redemption voucher etc.
Procure voucher creation
Monitor and optimize spending to control cost-to-income efficiency
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement within the LazBEAUTY Channel
• Guide and support 1 junior team member
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those with e-commerce background.
3. Strong project management and coordination skills, capable of effectively integrating resources and driving project progress.
4. Proficient in data analysis, able to extract key insights from data to support decision-making.
