1. Build innovative commercial product incentive mechanisms and formulate merchant growth strategies to drive dual growth in advertising revenue and merchant GMV.
2. Employ data analysis and market research to deeply understand merchant needs and design differentiated incentive measures for merchants at different stages.
3. Continuously optimize ad merchant acquisition and growth strategies through effect tracking, evaluation, and AB testing, ensuring the effectiveness of subsidy strategies.
4. Oversee the design and management of incentive strategies, monitor execution results, and guarantee the efficiency and fairness of the incentive mechanism.
5. Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills, optimizing business processes to enhance project execution efficiency and coordinating internal R&D resources to facilitate product feature realization.

1. 3年以上相关经验，包括广告商家增长或广告商业化经验
2. 擅长数据分析（Excel，SQL），以发掘商家需求和痛点、跟踪和评估策略效果
3. 具备良好的项目管理能力，能够有效推动策略落地并监控执行效果
4. 出色的沟通和协调能力，能与跨部门团队有效合作
5. 英语读写流利

1. More than 3 years of relevant experience, including experience in advertiser growth or ad commercialization.
2. Proficient in data analysis(Excel and SQL,), identify merchant needs and pain points, and assess strategy outcomes.
3. Strong project management abilities to effectively drive strategy implementation and oversee its performance.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Fluent in English reading and writing, able to work in an English-speaking environment.
