2、Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with relevant affiliate networks, influencers, and content sites to expand the reach of the affiliate channel.
3、Create and execute promotional strategies, including tracking codes, special offers, and campaigns to maximize affiliate performance and ROI.
4、Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
5、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product, to ensure timely and effective communication of campaign details and assets.
6、Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
2、Above five years of experience in, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
3、Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tracking tools, and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
4、Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners.
5、Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
6、Fluent in Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7、Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
