2、Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail partners, understanding their business needs and aligning Lazada's offerings accordingly.
3、Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, including negotiating contracts, promotions, and joint business plans.
4、Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product to ensure seamless integration of services and maximize customer satisfaction.
5、Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend action plans.
6、Regularly report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to both the retail partners and the Lazada team.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
3、Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term partnerships.
4、Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
5、Familiarity with the Malaysian retail market and its dynamics, as well as an understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
6、Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
7、Fluent in English and Malay, with additional language skills being a plus.
