ꔷ 设计可扩展的治理政策与衡量体系:基于区域法规与业务场景,构建覆盖正品保障、准时达承诺、商品质量管理、商家行为准则等核心领域的治理政策框架,并配套科学的指标体系,支撑策略迭代与效果评估。
Develop a cohesive governance policy framework—spanning authenticity guarantees, on-time delivery commitments, product quality standards, and seller conduct guidelines which grounded in regional regulatory requirements and business contexts. Establish scientific measurement framework to evaluate policy effectiveness.

ꔷ 推动区域-本地政策对齐与高效落地:主导与各国本地团队的常态化对齐机制,制定差异化实施细则,在确保合规的前提下,实现治理规则在本地市场的高效、一致执行。
Drive Regional-to-Local Policy Alignment and Effective Execution—Lead a structured, ongoing collaboration mechanism with local teams across markets to develop market-specific implementation guidelines. Ensure governance policies are executed efficiently, consistently while fully complying with local regulations.

ꔷ 端到端管理核心治理运营流程:全面负责风险审核、违规处置、商家申诉、赔偿发放等关键环节,持续优化流程效率,保障高准确率、高时效性及卓越的用户体验。
End-to-End Ownership of Core Governance Operations—Take full accountability for critical workflows,including risk-based listing reviews, violation enforcement, seller appeals, and compensation disbursement...continuously optimizing operational efficiency to ensure high accuracy, rapid turnaround and an exceptional user experience.

ꔷ 建立反馈闭环机制,驱动策略与产品迭代:密切关注本地买家/卖家反馈及监管动态,快速识别高优风险事件,制定应对方案。持续将一线洞察反哺产品与策略团队,推动政策与平台能力持续迭代。
Establish a Closed-Loop Feedback Mechanism to Drive Policy and Product Iteration—Closely monitor buyer/seller feedback and regulatory developments in local markets. Rapidly identify high-priority risk events, formulate effective response plans. Systematically channel frontline insights to product and policy teams to drive agile,continuous iteration of governance rules and platform capabilities.

Job Requirements
ꔷ 6年以上电商平台运营经验,具备国际电商平台(尤其是东南亚市场)的治理、合规或信任与安全相关背景者优先;
6+ years of e-commerce operations experience, Experience in governance or Trust & Safety at SEA-focused platforms is a strong plus.
ꔷ 出色的解决方案设计能力:能从复杂业务场景中识别根因,设计系统性、可落地的治理方案,并通过强项目管理能力确保执行闭环。
Strong solution design skills—Able to diagnose core issues in complexity, design systemic governance solutions, and execute them effectively.
ꔷ 卓越的跨文化沟通与影响力:善于在多元文化、无直接汇报关系的环境中快速建立信任、化解分歧,并高效推动跨团队共识与落地;
Exceptional cross-cultural communication and influence—Able to quickly build trust and bridge differences in multicultural environments,driving cross-team alignment and ensuring effective execution even without direct authority.
