- Manage the performance of the BPO caller, MS telesales teams and No-PIC, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
BPO caller: Focused on driving key mechanics coverage
MS telesales: Focused on selling packages
- Provide guidance and support to team members when there are questions from sellers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to resolve issues efficiently and maintain positive relationships.
- Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports KPIs; coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate with senior management on team results and operational challenges.
- Participate in special projects as assigned to contribute to broader team and company goals.
- Experience in e-commerce or working in a BPO environment is preferred and considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and data visualization skills to spot operational inefficiencies and improve or simplify processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in both English and Thai.
