Drive Spotter
Responsible for key client relationship management on the Lazada platform, establishing and maintaining long-term and stable partnerships.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow key client business.
Deeply understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order execution, customer service, and issue resolution.
Regularly analyze sales data, assess market trends, and provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Excel (esp Pivot Table & vLookup)
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and persuading key decision-makers
Experience in B2B sales or client management in e-commerce or Electronic Category, is highly preferred
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in e-commerce &/or Electronic Category, are highly encouraged to apply
Proven problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure with strong organizational and priority management abilities
Familiarity with the e-commerce market, in-depth understanding of the Lazada platform, and a good sense of market insights
