Job Description
1、Develop and manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts, focusing on long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
3、Create and execute account plans to increase penetration, revenue, and profitability, ensuring alignment with Alibaba International's overall strategy.
4、Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and support) to coordinate resources and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
5、Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring account retention and minimizing customer churn.
6、Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic account planning and maintain a competitive edge.
7、Regularly report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or B2B industry.
3、Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts, achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
4、Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively at all levels.
5、Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic business decisions.
6、Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus, reflecting the international nature of the role.
7、Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure.
