Job Description
1、负责制定和执行项目经营计划，确保业务目标与财务目标的协调一致。
2、监控和分析店铺/栏目的损益状况，提供决策支持，优化成本结构，提升盈利水平。
3、与各部门合作，进行预算编制和控制，确保预算执行的准确性和有效性。
4、参与关键业务项目的财务评估，为战略决策提供数据驱动的洞察。
5、定期进行财务报告，对经营成果进行深度解读，为管理团队和运营团队提供决策依据。
1、Responsible for formulating and executing the company's business plan, ensuring alignment between business and financial objectives.
2、Monitor and analyze the company's profit and loss situation, providing decision support, optimizing cost structures, and improving profitability.
3、Collaborate with departments to prepare and control budgets, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in budget execution.
4、Participate in financial assessments of key business projects, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
5、Regularly prepare financial reports, offering in-depth interpretations of operational results to provide management with decision-making support.

Job Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，财务管理、经济学或相关专业。
2、5年以上相关工作经验，有在大型企业或快速成长公司从事经营计划与损益管理的经验优先。
3、精通财务分析和预算编制，具备扎实的财务专业知识，对损益管理有深入理解。
4、具备出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与跨职能团队有效合作，推动财务策略的实施。
5、具备战略思维，能够从宏观和微观层面分析业务，为公司的经营决策提供有力支持。
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Finance Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
2、More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in business planning and profit and loss management in large corporations or fast-growing companies.
3、Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting, with solid financial expertise and a deep understanding of profit and loss management.
4、Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy implementation.
5、Strategic thinking ability, able to analyze business from both macro and micro perspectives, providing strong support for the company's operational decision-making.
