Job Description
Daily Planing : FM Trucks
1. Plan & Allocation total trucks by Subcon follow Ops request
2. Booking Truck FM (4W,6W) follow Ops request
3. Receive data (Name , License , Truck type) from Subcon
Daily Monitoring : FM Trucks
1. Daily monitor show up truck FM
2. Follow truck no show by Subcon
Daily Monitoring Dashboard : FM
1. Review and adjust totals to match with Ops request
Reslove problem support Ops FM
1. Follow truck no show
2. Extra truck more request within day
3. Daily issue truck subcon FM (Replace truck , Replance Driver)
4. Issue use/password LOP system
Create , Recheck (User / Password) FM in LOP
1. Creat New User for New Driver Subcon
2. Recheck, Adjust User / Password
3. Backlist, Ban User in LOP System
Sourcing New Subcon Vendor
1. Sourcing New Subcon Vendor
2. Prepare document register new vendor
3. Create New vendor in LOP System
Other
1. Prepare truck during Campaign : Duoble Digit , Mega
2. Other report

Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Intermediate written and oral communication skill in English
• Degree in Transportation or Supply chain (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience in express/transport operation
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, good analytical skill, able to translate the data into graphs / tables.
• Able to conduct presentation to Senior Management team.
• Analyse and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
