Sortation Manager
Job Summary:
• The Sortation Manager will be responsible to manage the overall day-to-day Sortation operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Sortation Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure an End-to-End Sortation Processes are enforced, comply and report any deviations to Senior Sortation Manager. Reports directly to Senior Sortation Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure continuous improvement in the operations through enforcing regional SOP & SOW & adopting best practices
• Safeguards Sortation Centre and contents by establishing and monitoring all security procedures and protocols
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results and ensure KPIs are achieved collective team efforts
• Coaching and developing staff to achieve higher levels of service, economies of scale and operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with Route, Fleet, HUB and Support team to ensure best in class services

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with direct reports responsibility
• Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
• Attention to detail in Productivity Management
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills in Local Language and English
• Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment
• Commitment and ability to adjust and work on non-standard hours for long term (shifts and nights)
• At least 4 years of Manager Level Experience in Operations
• User Intermediate level Proficiency in MS Office Software such as Excel & Word, skill in Access or Power BI analytical skill will be an advantage
• FM manager can run working cover 2 shift (Day shift and Night Shift) and cover 7 day pre week.
