2. Manage large datasets and conduct in-depth analysis of seller clusters and shipping patterns to identify the most cost-effective logistics strategy, balancing pickup and drop-off models.
3. Employ geospatial or similar analysis to strategically plan, expand, relocate, or close Drop-off Points, optimizing proximity for sellers and operational efficiency for logistics partners.
4. Manage the evaluation and replacement of Drop-off Points based on performance KPIs and cost efficiency, ensuring a sustainable network.
5. Oversee the post-migration "Hypercare" phase, proactively addressing technical and operational issues to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience and long-term seller retention.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives and drive operational efficiency
2. Minimum experience 3 years in Logistics Strategy, network design, or E-commerce operations.
3. Expertise in QGIS or other Geospatial Information Systems, with a proven ability to translate geospatial data into business strategies.
4. Proficient in Excel, strong skills in handling and analyzing large datasets. Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
5. Proven ability to manage complex projects, demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
6. Effective communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders and coordinate across functions
7. Good command in English.
