You will focus on six Key Pillars:
Supply Chain Management Platform Champion
You will act as the primary point of contact for the Lazada Indonesia Retail team in utilizing Alibaba's internal supply chain and back margin management systems. By guiding Retail Buyers in using these tools effectively, you will help reduce billing discrepancies, ensure timely back margin submissions, and streamline contract encoding.
SOP & Governance Facilitator
In this role, you will be responsible for managing SOPs that govern ID Retail’s operational workflows. Your mission is to ensure that all processes are well-documented, accessible, and audit-ready to reduce risk of errors and support consistent execution across teams. Your contributions will directly improve the transparency and compliance of our operating procedures.
Profitability Watch-Guard
You will monitor profitability through back margin submission tracking within the Retail P&L dashboard, ensuring alignment with financial P&L targets such as Gross Margins and Profit Contributions. Collaborating with Finance and Retail Business Strategy & Planning teams, you will interpret data, flag discrepancies, and propose corrective actions to ensure accurate contribution margin reporting and strategic alignment with commercial priorities.
Back Office Operations Accelerator
You will co-lead the orchestration of back office tasks to keep operational workflows smooth and responsive. This includes managing key routine checks such as the biweekly billing sharing sessions and back margin submission panels to ensure fast request turnaround and strong alignment between internal teams. Your work will play a central role in accelerating issue resolution and reducing backlog.
Risk Management & Operational Control
You will identify operational vulnerabilities and proactively implement control measures that prevent SOP violations.
Ad-Hoc Project Driver
You will contribute to cross-functional projects that drive measurable value.
You are structured, reliable, well-organized, and collaborative, with capabilities in navigate between small details to broader business logic.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in back-office operations, finance, or business process management in the retail or e-commerce industry with a knowledge of Retail trading terms and back-margin highly appreciated but not compulsory
- Well-organized with strong documentation capabilities, paired with high attention to detail and a sharp eye for process optimization
- Intermediate skill level in Excel, with expectation of level up knowledge while joining
- Familiar on financial reconciliation processes, or internal control frameworks
- Excellent collaboration skills with proven stakeholder management ability across internal functions (Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Strategy & Planning)
- A driven professional who works well in teams, adapts quickly between planning and hands-on execution, and remains steady in fast-changing environments
- Fluency in both Bahasa and English
What Success Looks Like

- Being creative and continuously improve metrics related to back margin submissions, contract accuracy, and billing confirmations
- Enhance ID Retail’s financial control in collaboration with Finance and Strategy & Planning Teams
- Find ways to streamline our teams' back-office workload
- Take ownership of ad-hoc initiatives that drive impacts to our Retail business
