2.Be the strategy leader and lead the regional commercial team to prepare for annual review & strategy workshop. Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, pricing & promotion scheme, and customer needs to provide insights for commercial strategy.
3.Work with platform team and drive the development of the commercial+logistics integrated package for fulfillment solution offering. Be the owner from Logistics team to lead end to end process of developing platform commercial+logistics solutions from designing proposal, P&L simulation, project initiation and execution.
4.Conduct market benchmark and competitor analysis to obtain insights and drive discussion of commercial features that support growth of fulfillment business including but not limited to visibility features, seller benefits and buyer benefits at both regional and country level.
2、5-7 years of relevant work experience from pricing/financial analysis, consulting with solid financial & P&L knowledge. Understanding of ecommerce fulfillment or ecommerce platform/seller operation is preferred
3、Strategic thinker and problem solver, able to make data-driven decisions in complex environments and present findings in a structured manner.
4、Proficient in cost analysis, market analysis, and financial modeling, with a solid understanding of P&L and cost drivers. Ecommerce or warehouse fulfillment background is a plus
5、Maturity in stakeholder management, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and。 able to influence others to collaborate.
6、Bilingual is a must. Business English required. Able to communicate with non Chinese speaking stakeholders.
