Key job responsibilities
- Able to do pricing independently with in depth understanding of warehouse cost structure
- Be the project manager to work with internal product, operation, finance teams to put together comprehensive design solutions for client
- seek out and drive new business opportunities with internal client & external reputable brands by co-designing solution or participating in RFQs. Convert viable prospects into clients and owns full sales conversation & negotiation
- Work with BD team to identify opportunities and develop new supply chain models and warehouse solutions with focused on cross-border and local B2C warehousing fulfillment solutions for ecommerce platform & KA brands.
-Analyze and solve business problems at their root for customers, stepping back to understand customer’s needs
- Good understanding of system requirements in ecommerce fulfillment & logistics system as part of overall fulfillment solution. Able to clearly articulate requirements to the business and product teams. Capability to write BRD is a plus.
- Sufficient maturity to manage prioritization and trade-offs among selling partner and customer experience, and operational support load.
- maturity to work with multiple stakeholders and with a positive & open attitude
- Experience with fulfillment pricing and solution design for ecommerce platform
- Experience with supply chain IT solution and systems including but not limited to WMS, OMS, TMS and upstream system from ecommerce platform or customer's system is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin at business level including verbal and written communications is a must
- Experience owning solution development from strategy formulation to end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership a plus
