Ensure sales planning is fully integrated with commercial strategies, key building blocks and financial objectives
Collaborate with our regional team to continuously review and enhance the overall sales planning process
Optimize inventory levels to avoid slow-moving stock and maintain healthy working capital
Secure product availability to deliver a strong user experience and minimize GMV loss from stockouts
Conduct analysis of commercial agreements and sales performance to generate insights that strengthen negotiation outcomes
Work closely with commercial and finance teams to design effective flush-out campaigns and promotions that optimize storage utilization and mitigate inventory risks
Lead and develop our sales planning function, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement across all stakeholders
Minimum of 8 years’ of proven experience in demand or sales planning, preferably in Retail, FMCG or e-commerce; prior experience managing a small team of 2–3 people is a plus
Solid experience in demand forecasting and inventory management, with the ability to leverage historical data, seasonality, promotions and market insights to generate accurate and actionable forecasts
High proficiency in Excel and Macros; working knowledge of SQL is a plus
Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic and ambiguous settings, with sharp attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
A detail-oriented individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of aligning and influencing across functions
