6、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and commercial teams, to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
7、Manage crisis communication and issues management, promptly addressing any negative publicity and mitigating potential damage to the brand's reputation.
2、Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, with a focus on the e-commerce or tech industry, and a proven track record in managing regional and country campaigns.
3、Strong network within the media landscape, particularly in Southeast Asia, and experience working with high-profile journalists and influencers.
4、Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse cultural contexts. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
5、Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6、Effective interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
7、Experience in crisis management and a keen understanding of how to navigate challenging situations while protecting the brand's image.
