• Support Collaborative Planning Across Teams: Work with Route Ops, DOP Ops, and other First Mile groups to align on route design, capacity needs, and operational requirements.
• Oversee Pick-up Planning (BAU & Campaign): Guide the team in preparing daily and weekly pickup plans for sellers and stations, ensuring proper vehicle assignment, strong utilization, and reliable seller experience.
• Monitor Route Design & Optimization: Review route performance, identify inefficiencies such as overlapping coverage or excessive mileage, and recommend corrective improvements.
• Assist in Developing Data-Driven Planning Models: Support the creation and enhancement of tactical (long-range) and operational (weekly-to-daily) planning tools and frameworks.
• Validate Volume Forecasts: Review team-generated daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts and ensure alignment with planned vehicle capacity and sortation arrival schedules.
• Track Forecast Accuracy & Operational KPIs: Monitor deviation margins, analyze root causes, and coordinate actions to improve vehicle productivity, utilization, and pickup performance.
• Conduct Data Analysis & Performance Reviews: Analyze operational datasets to identify cost or performance issues and prepare insights for decision-makers.
• Support Issue Resolution: Coordinate with Route Ops and DOP Ops to investigate operational gaps, recommend corrective actions, and ensure process compliance.
• Maintain Dashboards & Performance Tracking Tools: Ensure dashboards are updated, accurate, and reflective of First Mile performance metrics.
• Manage First Mile Configuration Updates: Oversee seller mapping and review requests for seller information changes in systems such as LOP, LNP, and Galaxy.
• Participate in System Enhancements & Cost Optimization Work: Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance planning tools, and reduce logistics costs.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, network planning, or related roles, ideally in e-commerce or fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehouse operations, and core supply chain planning concepts.
• Experience supervising or mentoring team members, with the ability to coordinate tasks and ensure consistent execution.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, mapping tools (Google Maps, heat maps), and data visualization/statistical tools.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of coordinating with internal teams and supporting alignment with regional groups.
• Familiarity with the Philippines logistics landscape and basic regulatory requirements is an advantage.
