2、Develop and implement strategies for search asset setup, including keyword management, Banners, and auto-suggestions to enhance user experience.
3、Collaborate with commercial, product and engineering teams to understand user behavior ensuring relevant and accurate search results.
4、Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as search click-through rates, conversion rates, and user satisfaction.
5、Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce search, applying learnings to continuously improve search functionality.
2、1-2 years working experience, preferably in Ecommerce or tech related companies
3、Have experience with SQL and strong knowledge of Excel
4、Strong analytical mindset
5、Fluent in Mandarin is a plus, not mandatory
