Reporting to the Head of Category Operations in the General Operations team, the Top Assortment Lead will be responsible for the planning and execution to grow the Focus Assortment Projects.
• Performance Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to improve assortment growth by using data analysis. Work with the commercial team to track progress and enhance key performance indicators.
• Assortment Planning: Lead efforts to grow platform key assortment projects for example Hero product (HP) and Price Competitiveness (PAPE)
• Project Planning: Collaborate with related stakeholders both commercial and regional team to ensure successful project execution

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Category, Project Management, or related fields
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and process optimization mindset
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Good communication skills English and Thai
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL knowledge is a plus
